Are you NICEIC and MCS Registered?
Yes, LET Electrical Services are NICEIC registered and we have a 6-year platinum insurance backed guarantee. We are also Fully MCS Registered for all Solar and PV Battery storage needs.
Do you require a deposit?
We normally breakdown the full payments into three, 10% Deposit upon agreement, 15% deposit upon acceptance of the DNO application.

What is your payment procedure?
We normally breakdown the full payments into three, 10% Deposit upon agreement, 15% deposit upon acceptance of the DNO application and then full payment of remaining balance upon completion. We accept card payments over the phone, BACS transfers, and cheques. All customers will be sent an online invoice, if you would like yo pay via credit card please let us know and we will set up the payment link.
What is your standard protocol for cleaning up after completing an electrical job?
All engineers are equipped with battery-operated hoovers, dustpans/brushes, and dust sheets if required. We aim to leave the job in a clean and tidy condition to the best of our ability.
